The Pastryworks offers extensive international Pastry & Bakery Hospitality expertise. With comprehensive 5 star experience gained from internationally renowned properties on 4 continents.

Over the past 30 years I was lucky enough to have worked for the best city hotels and resorts throughout the world. I was also able to gain experience in multi unit operations, airline catering, supermarket operations, as well as the cruise line industry. The experience of having been involved in large scale renovations, re-designing pastry and bakery facilities and the openings of high caliber food & beverage outlets has been invaluable.

The Pastryworks can assist with openings and offer problem-solving support in existing operations such as restructuring, training and profitability. We will identify areas to improve production and increase staff efficiency in order to maximize profits.
